Description

The Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) is used to determine underlying soil strength by measuring the soil penetration of the device into the soil after every blow. It was developed for the rapid measurement of the in situ strength of existing flexible pavements constructed with unbound materials. This unit is built in accordance to Australian Standard AS1289.6.3.2.
