FAQ

I have a house in a small town, and heating expenses are very high. I would like to install solar energy to save money. Is this possible?

Yes, if your heating bills are large or even medium, it would be to your advantage to install thermal solar energy. This way, you could save up to 50% of your annual heating expenses.

How does the heat pipe technology work?

The ESS Solar Collectors use evacuated glass tubes integrated with state of the art heat pipes and advanced heat fin design for optimized heat transfer. This design allows for hot water to be delivered at mains pressure. The selective coating on the surface of the inner glass tube converts UV and sunlight into heat energy. This ensures high energy absorption and low heat radiance losses. Heat is transferred into the tanks water store through centrally located heat pipes. .

What about installation and maintenance?

The proper installation of solar water heaters depends on many factors. These factors include solar resource, climate, local building code requirements, and safety issues; therefore, it's best to have a qualified, solar thermal systems contractor install your system. After installation, properly maintaining your system will keep it running smoothly. Passive systems don't require much maintenance. Plumbing and other conventional water heating components require the same maintenance as conventional systems. Glazing may need to be cleaned in dry climates where rainwater doesn't provide a natural rinse. Regular maintenance on simple systems can be as infrequent as every 3–5 years, preferably by a solar contractor. Systems with electrical components usually require a replacement part after or two after 10 years.
